International Week Against Pain - 16 to 22 October 2006
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates all organisations supporting people who live with constant chronic pain conditions; welcomes the various worldwide events taking place during International Week Against Pain; agrees that pain relief is a human right, as identified by the World Health Organisation, and calls on the Scottish Executive to ensure that the recommendations of the McEwen report are implemented across Scotland without further delay.
