March for the Union
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the organisers, 12,000 marchers and the many onlookers who participated in the spectacular, well-behaved and good-humoured “march for the Union” in Edinburgh on Saturday 24 March 2007 which was held to commemorate the 300th anniversary of the Act of Union.
