The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Howe of Fife Rugby Football Club for winning the 2008-09 National League Division One Championship undefeated; recognises the significant contribution that the club is making to develop youth rugby, and wishes Howe of Fife RFC every success next season following its promotion to the premiership.
