Condolences for Jimmy Reid
The motion
That the Parliament sends its condolences to the family of Jimmy Reid, the figurehead of the Upper Clyde Shipbuilders (UCS) work-in; pays tribute to his tremendous contribution to the UCS collective, and applauds his unique ability to convey to the world the feeling of the UCS workforce as it fought to save the shipbuilding industry on the Clyde from decimation.
