Tarbolton Tenants and Residents Association
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Tarbolton Tenants and Residents Association on receiving the Queen's Medal for Voluntary Service as a result of its continued commitment to improving the community, such as through the transformation of the village cross where there are now garden areas commemorating the village’s association with Robert Burns and notes that this is only one example of the many improvements made by the organisation in the last few years that have had a positive effect on the appearance of the village and boosted civic pride in Tarbolton.
