Tom Stevenson, Champion of Change
The motion
That the Parliament notes that Tom Stevenson, from Stranraer, is one of 12 Rotarians from across Britain to receive the first “Champions of Change Awards”; understands that Tom was the only Scottish Rotarian to win one of these, and congratulates him on his work in instigating, planning and overseeing the construction and maintenance of the Lochryan Costal Path and the Mull of Galloway Trail.
