Petition for a New 3G Pitch at Graeme High School
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the S3 pupils, David Wilson and Aaron Reid, on their petition for a new 3G pitch at Graeme High School in Falkirk; notes that the keen footballers have received support for their campaign from Youth Football Scotland; understands that David and Aaron are two highly motivated young people who have campaigned hard for their school and community; recognises the importance of sporting activity for young people’s physical and mental health and the vital role adequate facilities play in this; calls on all the relevant stakeholders to come together and consider the aims of the petition, and wishes both David and Aaron all the best with it.
