Irvine Housing Association and PRYDE Regeneration Project
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the construction of 22 new homes for social rent by Irvine Housing Association in partnership with the Pennyburn Regeneration Youth Development Enterprise (PRYDE); congratulates both organisations involved; notes that this is part of a regeneration project and has replaced 48 flats categorised as low demand stock with 17 two-bed houses, four three-bed houses and one two-bed house with wheelchair access, and understands that the project cost £3 million and was fully funded by Irvine Housing Association and that the residents of Pennyburn were fully supportive of the demolition and regeneration project.
