Congratulations to Eastwood Photographic Society
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the Eastwood Photographic Society on its success at the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain Inter Club Competition; notes that the club finished seventh out of 38 participants, with the local club member, Ken Lindsay, being awarded best image in the competition for his photograph, On Jokulsarlon Beach; further notes that the Scottish Photographic Federation accepted 20 photos taken by members of the Eastwood Photographic Society, including Ken Lindsay’s, which again won the best photo of the competition; congratulates the club for also retaining both the Renfrewshire Inter Club and the Glasgow and District Inter Club League trophies, and wishes Eastwood Photographic Society well for future competitions.
