2nd/4th Motherwell Boys' Brigade
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the 2nd/4th Motherwell Boys' Brigade (BB) company on taking part in the “15 for 2015” national challenge; understands that the challenge involves the company carrying out 15 challenges to be completed by the end of 2015, including establishing contact with an overseas BB, to take part in the “Making a difference in our community" campaign and to design a litter-free campaign; considers its efforts to have been extremely effective with the company having set up a partnership with the Forge Ahead community volunteers to carry out work in Forgewood; applauds the ethos of the BB, which aims to give young people opportunities to meet together in their communities and engage in fun and developmental activities, and wishes the 2nd/4th Motherwell BB well in its future activities.
