New Premises for Kate's Kitchen
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Kate's Kitchen in Annan on moving into its new premises at The Beacon in Bank Street; notes that Kate's Kitchen has been running since January 2008 and was granted charitable status in 2013; notes also that, for the past seven years, it has operated out of St Andrew's Church Hall; understands that the charity offers a hot meal, advice, advocacy, training and support to vulnerable people twice a week and currently serves 80 meals per week, and congratulates Catherine Dale, the chair of its board of trustees, her staff and volunteers for all their hard work both in providing the service and renovating their bespoke new premises.
