National Lottery Funding for Projects across Scotland

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates a wide range of the latest 159 projects across Scotland sharing more than £1,236,000 of National Lottery funding from the small grants scheme, Awards for All Scotland; congratulates the groups across Aberdeenshire West for receiving a total of £45,162 worth of funding; recognises that Premnay Primary School has received a £10,000 grant, which it plans to use to fund an outdoor play area; considers that the Huntly Strength and Fitness Club plans to use its £5,855 grant for running costs for its gym and new equipment; notes that Glass Primary School has received a £9,555 grant, which it plans to use for play facilities in its playground; recognises that Chapel of Garioch School plans to use its £10,000 funding to transform its playground into a play area benefitting the school and children and families in the community; understands that Actions Kintore Limited plans to use its grant of £7,802 for excursions and workshops; congratulates Awards for All Scotland on what it considers its generous grants of between £500 and £10,000 to projects that bring communities together, and wishes all involved every success in the future.
