Awards for All Scotland Funding for North East Fife Groups
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes recent Awards for All Scotland funding for four organisations in the North East Fife constituency; notes that the Sibling Therapeutic Assessment Retreat (STAR), the Newburgh School Parent Council and the Cupar Development Trust each received the maximum award of £10,000; further notes that the Anstruther Improvements Association has recently received an award of £9,960; understands that Awards for All Scotland is a joint programme between the Big Lottery Fund Scotland and sportscotland, offering groups the opportunity to apply for grants of between £500 and £10,000, and commends each group for what it sees as their vital contributions to community cohesion, integration and the improvement of facilities in the North East Fife constituency.
