St Blane's Primary School Celebrates its 40th Anniversary
The motion
That the Parliament notes the 40th anniversary of St Blane's Primary School, Summerston; recognises that the school has celebrated by organising a week of celebrations, culminating in a mass celebrated by Archbishop Phillip Tartaglia, with Father Lawlor and Father Currie assisting; considers it a measure of the community spirit of the school that it has had only had three head teachers in its 40-year history; recognises the charitable fundraising efforts of the school community, and wishes it continued success in the future.
