Funding Success for St Fergus RC Primary School
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates St Fergus RC Primary School in Dundee on securing £1,702 from the Big Lottery Fund’s Awards for All Scotland programme; understands that the school will use the funding to establish a cookery group for pupils, parents and families in the Ardler area of Dundee; acknowledges that people will learn how to cook nutritious meals on a budget, produce a cook book for the local community and work with local older people who run a memories club; recognises the benefits that this will bring to families in Dundee, and wishes the school every success for the future.
