Lussa Drinks Company Wins FSB Scotland Award
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the Jura-based business, Lussa Drinks Company, on winning the Start-up Business of the Year award at the Federation of Small Businesses Scotland’s Small Business Awards in Edinburgh; understands that the business produces Lussa Gin, which uses locally-sourced botanicals in the distilling process; notes that, since August 2016 when it sold its first bottle of gin, the company has sold over 15,000 bottles; acknowledges that Lussa Drinks Company will now compete against 11 other regional businesses at the UK final in London in May 2019, and wishes this fantastic Scottish business the best of luck at the final and in the future.
