Aberdeen Standard Investments Boat Race 2019
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the University of Aberdeen on its victory over Robert Gordon University in the 2019 Aberdeen Standard Investments Boat Race; notes that the event is the oldest university boat race in Scotland; commends both teams for their hard work and dedication that was shown in the build-up to the event, which they balanced alongside their studies; further congratulates the STV boat crew who beat the BBC to win the media race trophy, and wishes the event continued success in future years.
