Lord Ponsonby of Shulbrede moved amendment 188A, in clause 89, page 61, line 33, at end to insert—“(10A) Within 60 days of this section coming into force, a Minister of the Crown must publish a review in to the impact of this section on offenders who have been sentenced to a non-custodial sentence.”The House divided:
