Peace and Justice for the People of Chechnya
The motion
That the Parliament deplores the mass killings of innocent people and other atrocities which have taken place in Chechnya and believes that the UK Government should use its Presidency of the European Union to facilitate negotiations between Chechnya and the Russian Federation to try to bring about a peaceful and just solution to the dispute.
