Tesco
The motion
That the Parliament condemns the decision of Tesco to relocate its Scottish depot away from the Dundee West constituency with the loss of 432 jobs; deeply regrets the fact that Tesco is prepared to break its long-term commitment to Dundee, and urges Tesco to put the decision on hold until it has met local politicians, trade unions and the Chamber of Commerce to fully explore all options for retaining the jobs in Dundee.
