Dublin Makes the Right Decision
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes and supports the decision of the Irish Government to rule out nuclear power as an option to meet Ireland’s future energy needs and agrees with that government that nuclear power is a “non-runner” due to a combination of safety, security, environmental and economic reasons.
