Congratulations to The Peat Inn
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates The Peat Inn, St Andrews, on being named the restaurant of the year at the prestigious Scottish Restaurant Awards; further commends its owner, Geoffrey Smeddle, on being named chef of the year, and considers that, yet again, North East Fife has demonstrated its culinary and hospitality excellence.
