Motion · S4M-11853 · 10 Dec 2014
The French Consulate in Edinburgh
The motion
That the Parliament notes the intention of the French Government to move administrative duties from its consulate in Edinburgh to its embassy in London; understands that the consulate presently serves 5,532 French citizens, and expresses its hope that a reasonable decision will be reached such that passport and visa services in Scotland are not negatively affected.
