International Solidarity Friends of STUC Youth
The motion
That the Parliament notes the launch on 6 March 2015 of the global, digital network, the International Solidarity Friends of STUC Youth; understands that it aims to connect, unite and organise young people, young workers and young trade unionists around the world; recognises that it has received support from Commonwealth nations such as Ghana, Montserrat, St Lucia, St Kitts and Nevis and Jamaica and other countries including Afghanistan, Turkey, India and Finland, and congratulates the 77th STUC Youth Committee on what it sees as it delivering another key commitment of its work plan.
