Congratulations to Wishaw General Hospital
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Wishaw General Hospital on being the first hospital in Scotland to sign up to John’s Campaign; understands that the campaign aims to help people with dementia by ensuring that they are surrounded by familiar faces around the clock by allowing their carers and families to stay with them on the wards outside normal visiting hours; further understands that the campaign helps patients with dementia feel more comfortable and relaxed during their time in hospital, and wishes Wishaw General Hospital success in continuing with the campaign.
