Duloch Illuminated for Christmas
The motion
That the Parliament looks forward to the Duloch Park Christmas lighting ceremony taking place on 4 December 2015; understands that this is the first time that the park in Dunfermline has been decorated with lights for the Christmas season; welcomes the organisational work contributed by Halbeath and Duloch Community Council; looks forward to the provision of cocoa and mince pies as winter warmers, and hopes that this event will become the first of many.
