National Libraries Day
The motion
That the Parliament celebrates National Libraries Day on 6 February 2016; understands that libraries are vital spaces in every community as they provide free access to books, information and ideas as well as professional advice and support to help people find what they need, and considers that National Libraries Day will be a time to celebrate the brilliant work that libraries do in communities around Scotland.
