EU (Notification of Withdrawal) Bill Committee of the whole House: New Clause 143

New clause, proposed by the SNP, would require the Government, before initiating withdrawal from the EU, to publish an assessment of the financial liability of the UK towards the EU following withdrawal and make a statement to the Commons on the economic impact of leaving the single market.
