The motion
That the Parliament notes the undertaking by the Scottish Executive to examine the case for banning the use of electric shock training collars for dogs; further notes that Carwyn Jones AM, Minister for Environment, Planning and Countryside in the Welsh Assembly Government, has announced his intention to seek to ban these collars in Wales, and therefore asks that the Scottish Executive reports on the progress of its consultations with animal welfare groups and others.
