Fatal Accident at Delny Level Crossing, Ross-shire
The motion
That the Parliament notes with grave concern the fatal accident which occurred at the Delny level crossing in Ross-shire on 2 February 2007; notes also the long standing concerns about the safety of the barrier-less crossings on the Far North and Kyle railway lines, and urges the Scottish Executive to consider how safety at these crossings could be improved.
