Campbells of Beauly
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Campbells of Beauly for over 100 years of service as Harris Tweed outfitters in the village; notes that when Jim Campbell and his sisters, Catriona and Miriam, retire the shop will continue with the same trade name but under new ownership; understands that the tweed firm started in 1858, since which time royal warrants have included the Queen and her late father, King George VI, and the Duke of Windsor, and wishes the Campbell family a long and happy retirement.
