Retirement of Robert Lauder
The motion
That the Parliament notes the retirement of Robert Lauder as the National Crime Agency's Deputy Director of Investigations, Scotland and Northern Ireland; recognises his more than 45 years’ public service both as a police officer and latterly as a member of the Serious Organised Crime Agency and the National Crime Agency; acknowledges what it believes is the high level of professionalism, commitment and integrity that Robert has brought to his duties throughout his career on behalf of the people of Scotland; regrets the loss to the police service and law enforcement of his considerable expertise and knowledge, and wishes him success in the future in whatever challenges he pursues.
