The Ninth Scottish Mental Health Arts and Film Festival
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the ninth Scottish Mental Health Arts and Film Festival; understands that the festival, which was recently launched at Strathclyde Country Park in Lanarkshire, aims to promote positive attitudes toward mental health and mental illness; congratulates the organisers on what it considers a successful launch; encourages everyone who can attend the events to do so, and believes that it will help to raise awareness of the many ways in which mental health issues can affect individuals, especially young people.
