Scottish Family Business Week
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes Scottish Family Business Week, which runs from 10 to 18 November 2015; understands that it is organised by Family Business United Scotland to raise awareness of the importance of such businesses and the challenges that they face and recognises their contribution to the economy in the Central Scotland region and throughout the UK; understands that the week will include a conference to celebrate these business, which will have a range of speakers discussing a number of topics; congratulates Family Business United Scotland on what it considers the success of the inaugural family business week in 2014, and wishes all involved every success.
