More Than 7,500 Performers for the Glasgow Music Festival
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the organisers of the Glasgow Music Festival, which is celebrating its 104th year in 2016 and will run until 19 March at the Royal Concert Hall and Renfield St Stephen’s Church; understands that the 1,119 entries and 7,557 performers aged from three to 80 represent record figures; notes that it will include a variety of musical performances, dancing and speeches, and wishes each of the participants all the best at the festival.
